SupportFinity™ is looking for a Customer Service Representative to train AI models by measuring their progress and solving problems to enhance their quality. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose projects you want to work on.

The ideal candidate should have fluency in English and a keen attention to detail, along with excellent grammar and style command. Payment starts at $20+ per hour, and you'll be fully supported as you work independently from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• A current, in progress, or completed bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots tasks and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
