Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to train AI models and improve chatbot performance. This remote role allows you to work on a flexible schedule by selecting the projects you wish to undertake.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, and be able to give coding challenges to AI chatbots for evaluation. Experience with algorithms and debugging is essential, and while a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it's not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented individual.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
