Job summary
The Ladders is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Associate to join our AI Capability Center in a remote, US-based role. You will build and refine AI-enabled software with a focus on delivery, quality, and practical adoption, working with stakeholders and technical partners to translate needs into full-stack solutions.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in software or AI development.
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with AWS or Azure.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with front-end development.
- Experience with RAG and agentic DevOps tools preferred.
- Healthcare or higher education exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features on AWS and Azure using advanced models.
- Collaborate daily with business users to shape product development.
- Conduct quality tests and evaluations on products before deployment.
- Follow design directives from the Solution Architect and identify gaps in design.
