Blue Signal Search is seeking an AI Backend Systems Engineer to build and own scalable backend infrastructure for AI-driven applications and automation. You will work at the intersection of backend engineering and applied AI, focusing on model execution, distributed systems, performance, reliability, and scale.

You will own architecture through production, with exposure to modern AI infrastructure, model integrations, and cloud-native tech. Fully remote nationwide.

Formación

• Proven backend engineering experience delivering scalable production services.
• Experience with high-volume, latency-sensitive systems and distributed architectures.
• Production AI software experience including model inference and orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js; familiarity with PyTorch, databases, and cloud infra.

Responsabilidades

• Build scalable backend infrastructure powering AI-driven applications.
• Shape model-serving and workflow coordination components.
• Tune performance across routing, caching, batching, streaming and model calls.
• Create durable interfaces and service contracts for clients and tools.
• Establish operational visibility through telemetry and alerting.
• Diagnose issues in distributed environments using real-world data.
• Translate product needs into practical technical plans and drive to release.
