You will collaborate across teams, document processes, and explore new AI tools. Strong automation background and problem-solving mindset are essential for success in a fast-moving, non-client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building automated workflows across multiple apps or platforms.
• Ability to test and apply emerging AI tools in real workflows.
• Basic coding skills are a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools.
• Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects.
• Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.
• Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods.
