IntelliBee seeks a senior, hands-on AI Automation Engineer focused on AI-driven automation for a large CSOC. You will own requirements, architecture, and production support, delivering end-to-end solutions with a strong emphasis on quality and scalable design.

The role requires deep Python experience, cloud familiarity (AWS IAM/S3), and a systems mindset. Production AI, copilots, and security operations background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/automation/cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills with SQL and REST API proficiency.
• Experience with GitHub-based workflows and cloud familiarity (AWS IAM/S3).
• Systems/architecture mindset; translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure quality software delivery.
• Write test cases/scripts, automate tests, and run test executions.
• Define and track QA metrics such as defects and test results.
• Analyze data to improve software processes and integrate into business workflows.
• Document issues and assist in resolutions; provide quality process training.
