Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review explanations, spatial layouts, material recommendations, building system descriptions, accessibility considerations, and design reasoning for accuracy and practical use.
• Spot-check work, identify quality issues, give ongoing feedback, and elevate recurring or critical problems.
• Explain project updates, guidelines, workflow changes, and quality expectations to trainers and quality reviewers.
• Answer questions about spatial logic, design terms, accessibility, sustainability, construction feasibility, materials, and rubric interpretation.
• Create and maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, examples, honeypots, calibration tasks, and onboarding materials.
• Schedule and lead onboarding and training calls and support quality alignment across remote expert teams.

• Experience supporting remote teams of designers, reviewers, annotators, educators, or domain experts is helpful.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, or large language model evaluation is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organized documentation habits.
