Job summary

Saksoft is seeking an AI Architect for a 6-month remote engagement based in Tampa, FL. The role centers on designing scalable enterprise AI systems around Glean, integrating data sources, ingestion pipelines, APIs, and AWS services.

You will lead the Glean solution design, guide implementation, and set security/governance standards for enterprise deployments while providing hands-on leadership to AI engineers for build, testing, deployment, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Mandatory skills include Architecture Governance, AWS Cloud Architecture, and Oracle AI/Chatbot capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable enterprise AI solutions using Glean, integrating data/content sources, ingestion pipelines, APIs, and AWS services.
• Lead Glean solution design, configuration and implementation, translating business use cases into robust technical architectures.
• Design integration patterns for data/content ingestion, connectors, search/indexing, identity, permissions, and access controls.
• Define security, governance, scalability and operational standards for enterprise Glean deployments.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to AI engineers across build, integration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Work with client teams for environment setup, configuration, and production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise search, GenAI/LLM concepts, APIs/integration, and AWS, with client-facing architecture skills
