Job summary

Aradigm is hiring two Software Engineers for an early-stage, high-ownership role focused on AI agents and health data. The position is remote within the United States with a preference for the East Coast and optional NYC travel 3–5 times per year.

Expect to shape the platform architecture and own business outcomes from day one. You’ll work on data infrastructure, agent workflows, and internal tooling while navigating a flat organization that rewards scope and ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Aradigm does not sponsor work visas
• Must pass a background check and federal exclusion and debarment screening at hire and annually

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure: implement new data feeds, model and serve claims, eligibility, pricing, epidemiology, and reference data in BigQuery with pipelines that are tested, observable, and trusted
• Automate the work, including your own: turn repeating tasks into tools or agent workflows
• Build agent harnesses: MCP servers, tools, context, evals, and guardrails for reliable model handling
• Build internal tools for clinical, actuarial, operations, sales, and finance teams
• Ship with rigor: trunk-based development, tests, CI/CD, code reviews, and infrastructure as code on GCP
• Build securely: comply with HITRUST and SOC 2 scrutiny
