Tror - AI for everyone is seeking a remote AI Prompt Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience. The role focuses on hands‑on AI agent development, prompt engineering, and tool integration to automate business tasks.

The ideal candidate will design agents that understand tasks, break them into steps, use tools and APIs, retrieve information, and connect to external systems via MCP. Proficiency in Python or TypeScript is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI, MCP and Python with LangGraph/LangChain.
• Healthcare or CVS experience is a plus, but practical AI agent development is the main focus.
• Candidates should have built AI agents that can plan, decide, use tools, retrieve information and complete tasks automatically.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve AI prompts to guide model outputs.
• Build AI agents that plan tasks, make decisions, and perform multiple steps automatically.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications using MCP.
• Develop AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Build RAG solutions to retrieve information from documents/databases.
• Write code in Python or TypeScript.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent performance.
• Follow AI security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI solutions.
