Job summary

Orbis Operations seeks an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and operate multi-agent workflows behind triage, data retrieval, summarization, reporting, and escalation routing.

The role also owns client-facing support for Orbis products in the field, including intake, triage, escalation, and resolution, with occasional international travel. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years proven experience translating user requirements into wireframes, workflows and such.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows in production.
• Explain system behavior and limits to stakeholders in plain language.
• Partner with process owners to tailor capabilities to their operations.
• Monitor production runs, diagnose failures, and resolve issues across prompts and tools.
• Own cost of execution and optimize prompts or caching to reduce spend.
• Document runbooks and SOPs for operations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate across Orbis products to access required data.
