Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, automation, SRE, or application support.
• Strong hands-on Python and API development experience with solid software-engineering practices.
• Experience building, testing, and operating production services or enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to ITSM, production support, observability, or cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with FastAPI (or equivalent), REST APIs, JSON, authentication, async programming, and SQL.
• Hands-on RAG experience: embeddings, vector search, metadata filtering, and tool calling.

Responsibilities

• Build agents for routing, triage, resolution, remediation, RCA, and knowledge management.
• Develop ingestion pipelines for JIRA, ServiceNow, runbooks, and logs; implement hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, and citations.
• Create MCP tools for ticket search, incident history, observability queries, and approved remediation actions.
• Write test scenarios from known incidents and validated resolutions; evaluate groundedness and outcomes.
• Containerize and deploy agent services with logging, tracing, and alerting; manage staged rollout from sandbox to production.
