Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a remote AI & Generative AI specialist to design and implement conversational interfaces, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, and optimize RAG-based workflows in a cloud-first setup.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure governance and security, and monitor deployment performance to continuously improve AI solutions across Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered conversational interfaces.
• Knowledge of RAG workflows and prompts within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with governance and security in AI.

Responsibilities

• Build conversational experiences that answer user questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-driven business processes.
• Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.
• Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases.
• Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
