Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments.
• Ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Experience with multi-turn system interactions.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks.
