Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Technology & AI Adoption Specialist – Operations to drive the uptake of AI across IRC's global operations. You will partner with teams to identify, test, and scale high-value use cases, translating needs into practical AI-enabled improvements.

Based across the United States or internationally, you will manage an AI opportunities pipeline across functions, co-design solutions with developers, and lead adoption through to sustained use while

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in change management or related roles.
• Experience driving adoption of AI in complex organizations.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical use cases and workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering training or capacity-building initiatives.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a structured pipeline of AI opportunities across departments.
• Define requirements and ROIs for AI use cases.
• Collaborate with AI Governance and product owners.
• Translate workflows into developer-ready artifacts.
• Co-design, test, and iterate AI solutions with end users and technical teams.
• Support deployment into live workflows and measure impact.
• Document learnings and package use cases for scale.
• Maintain handoffs with development teams.
