Provides strategic leadership to support commercial objectives, drive innovation adoption, strengthen agronomic capabilities, and ensure recommendations and programs are scientifically sound, regionally relevant, and operationally aligned.
Supporting South Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma
Advanced expertise in crop production systems, agronomic research, field diagnostics, and data-driven decision making. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills required. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills with the ability to influence audiences ranging from growers and sales teams to executive leadership and academic partners. Ability to balance scientific rigor with practical business application.
