Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Agricultural Software Developer to design, build, and maintain software solutions for the agricultural sector. You will join a fully remote, agile team working on farm management, crop monitoring, and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust APIs and scalable web applications, while optimizing performance for remote farming environments and cloud-based platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience building scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications for the agricultural industry.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and features.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services to support various agricultural platforms.
