Job summary

Kavant Solutions is seeking an Agile Trainer to lead development and delivery of Agile methodologies across the organization. You will empower teams to adopt frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, while designing engaging training and supervising hands-on coaching.

Your work includes creating e-learning content with Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and InDesign, and delivering sessions both in person and online to diverse audiences. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and delivering Agile training programs within corporate environments.
Demonstrated expertise in instructional design for IT, software training, and product development.
Familiarity with a broad range of technical tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Visio, SharePoint, Help Desk systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement tailored Agile training programs aligned with organizational goals, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other frameworks.
Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions in classroom and online settings, ensuring clarity and practical application.
Design instructional content for e-learning courses using multimedia tools to create compelling learning experiences.
Facilitate workshops on Agile principles, product management, and software development lifecycle best practices.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to teams adopting Agile methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
