Job summary

Peregrine Advisors seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead software development efforts for federal clients. You will own schedules, run Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and report progress to leadership while coordinating with developers, testers, and product owners.

This remote US role requires 4+ years in Agile software projects, a Bachelor's degree, and ability to work with AWS-based deployments. You will track milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigations to keep programs on time and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience on software development projects.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience running Agile delivery ceremonies and creating realistic schedules.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud delivery practices.
• Proven ability to write and present status updates to clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated schedule for projects and track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain risk registers and drive mitigation plans with clear ownership and dates.
• Produce concise status reports and briefings for leadership and clients.
• Track outcomes to measure efficiency improvements in filer applications and releases.
