Job summary

Mind Moves is seeking an Agent Automation Consultant to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate internal operations. This role focuses on creating agents that perform work and improve over time, not merely assisting humans.

You will decompose workflows into agent architectures—skills, tools, evals, memory and orchestration—then prototype, deploy, and monitor the systems with minimal supervision. This fixed-term contract is remote in the US and aims to establish a scalable foundation

Qualifications

• Ability to design AI agents that operate autonomously and improve over time.
• Experience thinking in systems and loops, not just tasks and tickets.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and observability concepts.
• Experience building scalable agent architectures and production-ready systems.
• Comfort with fast iteration and deploying internal tooling for teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that autonomously run internal workflows.
• Decompose workflows into agents with skills, tools, evals, memory and orchestration.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure quality and detect regressions.
• Design self-improving loops where agents learn from outcomes.
• Prototype, deploy, monitor, and iterate on agent-based solutions.
• Create reusable infrastructure and documentation for the team.
• Stay current with AI stack developments and production-readiness best practices.
