Job summary

DataRobot is recruiting an AI Native Intern to join one of our engineering or product teams. You will work on real problems in a fully remote, six-month program, contributing to agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automation.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS/DS/Engineering, with Python proficiency, ML fundamentals, and a drive to build proactive AI systems. You will collaborate across teams, receive mentorship, and present your成果 at a final showcase.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python and data manipulation/scripting.
• Foundational ML concepts: supervised learning, evaluation, feature engineering.
• Passion for autonomous agents and building proactive systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical work.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic AI workflows to automate high-volume engineering processes.
• Use DataRobot platform tools (AutoML, GenAI, MLOps) to design and ship solutions.
• Translate problems into well-scoped AI/ML tasks with clear success criteria.
• Work independently on defined deliverables with mentor alignment.
• Provide weekly updates and present an Intern Showcase to leadership.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and GTM teams to ensure durable work.
