Job summary

CodeRoad is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to act as the technical backbone for a production-grade multi-agent platform. You will work with Python and LangGraph to design a hierarchical agent layer, implement dynamic context loading, and build standardized tool-calling interfaces to migrate legacy workflows toward autonomous systems.

This role will optimize performance, token economics, and security, establishing automated evaluation harnesses and robust observability with LangFuse.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience, Python focus.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy hierarchical multi-agent workflow with LangGraph.
Build domain-specific sub-agents with on-demand context loading.
Design and integrate scalable tool-calling capabilities via MCP.
Optimize LLM observability, reasoning traces, and cost-tracking with LangFuse.
Lead automated evaluation harnesses and regression tests (PromptFlow/PromptFoo).
Collaborate on implementing OWASP Top 10 security guardrails for LLM apps.
