Job summary

CodeRoad is seeking an Agentic AI Developer to serve as the technical backbone of our AI engineering PODs, designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows. You will orchestrate autonomous systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, and ADK, connecting AI agents to enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources via MCP and advanced function calling.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Hands-on experience building LLM-based, RAG, or agentic AI applications.
Proficiency in Python and AWS Bedrock.

Responsibilities

Design & Build: Develop production-grade AI agents, state management, and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK.
Integrate & Orchestrate: Connect AI agents to enterprise tools via MCP and function calling.
Optimize Knowledge Retrieval: Implement high-performance RAG pipelines using vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate).
Evaluate & Secure: Conduct automated evaluations, regression testing, and safety guardrails.
Deploy & Monitor: Deploy LLM apps on AWS Bedrock with observability via LangSmith, Langtrace, or AgentOps.
Collaborate & Maintain: Write clean Python, maintain docs, and work with cross-functional teams.
