BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Python) to contribute to the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant. You will primarily code in Python, with some frontend work as needed, on a production system that continues to evolve.

You will help build workflows and RAG pipelines, support evaluation coverage, and extend the frontend. The role offers 100% remote work, USD compensation, flexible hours, and strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
• An LLM system you've kept running in production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced level of English.
