Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's primary administrator for Agency Integrator.
• Maintain accurate agency data, records, and system configurations.
• Develop workflows and improve operational processes within the platform.
• Design and produce operational reports and dashboards.
• Monitor commission processing and vendor contracting; ensure data integrity.
