CE Digital is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of ecommerce and consumer brand clients. You will collaborate with our paid media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely deliverables and a consistently positive client experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy building relationships, understand digital marketing, and can move multiple accounts forward while working with a remote team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of account management or client services experience.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms, especially Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships across assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate weekly client meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
• Work with paid media, creative, and analytics teams to keep deliverables on track.
• Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance and priorities.
• Track open requests, deadlines, and action items for timely follow-through.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with the strategy team.
• Identify client concerns and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain organized client documentation and account information.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure clients receive consistent, responsive, and professional service.
