Dragonfly Health is seeking a Clinical Consulting Pharmacist to provide expert medication review, prior authorizations, and formulary guidance for patients across multiple states. You will collaborate with providers to optimize therapy, ensure safety, and manage costs while supporting appeals and documentation.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, independent decision-making, and ongoing professional learning within a fast-paced, patient-centered home health setting.

Formación

• Pharmacist license and/or PharmD are required or preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a clinical consulting capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical review and consultation on medication requests, prior authorizations, and benefit determinations.
• Evaluate therapy appropriateness, dosing, and safety based on guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers to clarify prescriptions and suggest alternatives when appropriate.
• Support complex case reviews and appeals with proper documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve medication adherence, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Educate internal teams on formulary management and pharmacy policy updates.
