Dragonfly Health is seeking a Clinical Consulting Pharmacist to join our after-hours team in Pennsylvania. This role supports medication reviews, prior authorizations, and cost-effective therapies for hospice and post-acute care patients.

Qualified candidates hold an active R.Ph license (PharmD preferred), a current PA license, and experience in formulary management. We offer a competitive hourly wage, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active R.Ph license required; PharmD preferred with PA/TN licensePossible
• Experience in formulary management, clinical guidelines, and pharmacy benefit structures
• Strong communication, analytical, and consultative skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical review and consultation on medication requests, prior authorizations, and benefit determinations.
• Evaluate therapy appropriateness, dosing, and safety based on evidence-based guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers to clarify prescriptions and recommend alternatives when appropriate.
• Support complex case reviews and appeals with accurate clinical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve medication adherence, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Educate internal teams on formulary management, utilization review, and pharmacy policy updates.
