Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to strengthen resource mobilization and the partnership portfolio in Africa. The role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and expanding a pipeline of donors, foundations, corporate partners, and strategic collaborators aligned with Ipas's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years managing programs and projects with increasing complexity.
• Experience in fundraising and donor relations for NGOs or mission-driven orgs.
• Strong ability to develop competitive proposals and donor-facing materials.
• Deep understanding of international donor environments and partnerships.
• Experience with budgets and results frameworks/log frames.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze priorities among foundations, institutional funders, corporate partners, and strategic partners.
• Develop donor engagement plans and create capability statements, one-pagers, and project summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare expressions of interest, proposals, budgets, and narratives.
• Collaborate across networks to report fundraising results and support governance and compliance.
