Job summary

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Rockville, MD seeks a program analyst to manage the Affirmative Employment Program (AEP). The role supports planning, coordination, and tracking of AE program activities, including EEO, MSIP, and LEP, ensuring compliance with federal mandates.

You will work with the AE Program Manager to prioritize projects, conduct internal outreach, analyze data, provide guidance to NRC offices, and assist with training and outreach events.

Responsibilities

• Performs the full range of duties related to the Affirmative Employment Program (AE).
• Assists with planning, coordination, implementation, and tracking of AE activities (EEO, MSIP, LEP).
• Develops AE program initiatives, plans and strategies.
• Resolves complex EEO workplace issues as they relate to policies and processes.
• Prioritizes, plans, schedules, and manages AE projects with the AE Program Manager.
• Completes special assignments and provides input on the status of protected groups.
• Conducts outreach to ensure coordination and conformity of EEO strategy execution.
