Job summary

Audiohook, a fast-growing tech company, seeks a Strategic Affiliate Partnerships Manager to expand its presence in the affiliate marketing ecosystem in a fully remote role. You will work with the Director of Affiliate Partnerships to develop relationships, activate partners, and generate a robust pipeline of advertiser opportunities across networks and agencies.

As a foundational hire, you will help define processes, improve partner engagement, and scale the function alongside growth.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the affiliate marketing industry.
• Ability to build relationships from the ground up.
• Experience with partner prospecting, activation, and pipeline generation.
• Strong organizational skills to bring structure to a developing function.
• Strong communication to educate partner teams on products and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with affiliate networks and agencies to generate advertiser opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to establish new partnerships across the affiliate ecosystem.
• Turn partner relationships into active, productive sources of advertiser opportunities.
• Develop repeatable strategies for generating qualified pipeline through affiliate channels.
• Help establish processes and improve partner engagement as an early member of the function.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure partner-sourced opportunities are handed off and supported.
