Job summary

Decentralized Masters is a leading DeFi education company with a global footprint and a fully remote team. We are seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of our affiliate and partnership program, spanning networks, newsletters, media placements, and creator partnerships.

In this execution-focused role, you will set up tracking, keep placements current, run compliance checks, and deliver weekly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running partnerships or affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• High attention to detail, especially around compliance and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and copy-editing for partners.
• Organized and reliable, able to own recurring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set up tracking and attribution for affiliate partnerships.
• Manage and update partner copy, offers, and assets across networks.
• Coordinate with newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, and other media partners.
• Conduct compliance checks and ensure regulatory guardrails are met.
• Produce weekly performance reports and surface insights.
• Analyze spend, ROAS, CPA, conversions to optimize campaigns.
