Clique Affiliate Marketing, a Park City, Utah-based agency, is hiring a full-time, remote Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and grow ecommerce affiliate programs for premium D2C brands. You will lead day-to-day management, strategy, and partnerships with publishers and networks, while driving revenue and program performance.

The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on working experience with Impact, AvantLink, and Rakuten Advertising.
• Experience with publisher recruitment, optimization, reporting, offers, commissions, links, and promotional activity.
• Client-facing experience and confidence communicating directly with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing.
• Authorization to work and reside in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day management and strategy of multiple ecommerce affiliate programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate revenue and improve program performance.
• Recruit, activate, and optimize affiliate publishers and partnerships.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Develop promotional, publisher, and commission strategies.
• Lead client onboarding, meetings, performance reviews, and strategic conversations.
• Build relationships with clients, publishers, networks, and tech partners.
• Manage affiliate platforms, tracking, catalogs, offers, commissions, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot platform, tracking, and operational issues.
• Coordinate projects internally and ensure deadlines are met.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve programs.
