Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Aesthetician & Virtual Skin Coach to join their virtual wellness team. This fully remote role supports clients worldwide from a home-based setup in South Africa, delivering skincare assessments, personalized routines, and product recommendations via digital channels.

You will develop treatment plans, educate clients on ingredients and usage, and ensure ongoing progress with documentation and KPI-driven engagement metrics.

Formación

• Recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience as an Aesthetician or Skincare Specialist.
• Proven ability to diagnose and treat common and complex skin concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey complex information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth virtual skin assessments using provided technology and client imagery.
• Develop customized skincare routines and treatment plans for individual clients.
• Provide expert advice on product ingredients, usage, and skincare best practices via video, email, and chat.
• Guide clients through virtual application techniques for skincare products and treatments.
• Monitor client progress remotely and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in the CRM.
• Stay updated on skincare tech, ingredients, and virtual consultation methods.
• Collaborate with product team to feedback on virtual services and product efficacy.
• Contribute to educational content for online platforms (blogs, tutorials, FAQs).

• Contribute to the creation of educational content for online platforms, such as blog posts, tutorials, and FAQs.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetician or Skincare Specialist.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating common and complex skin concerns.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms for virtual consultations (e.g., Zoom, Skype, CRM software).
• A strong understanding of online client management and building trust remotely.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
