Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a United States-based client to fill a Supply Chain Planning Specialist (Level 3 or 4) role. The position focuses on ensuring material availability and production continuity for complex aerospace programs, leveraging MRP/ERP and data analytics.

This remote-eligible role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and optimize resources. Responsibilities include material planning, BOM analysis, supplier coordination, and lifecycle planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience (Level 3) or 8+ years (Level 4)
• Security clearance ability to obtain Secret
• Strong knowledge of material planning and inventory management
• Experience with MRP/ERP tools and data analytics
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan materials to support production schedules and availability
• Use MRP/ERP to analyze supply and demand and adjust plans
• Coordinate with sourcing, procurement and suppliers on targets and lead times
• Support new product introductions, ramp-ups, phase-ins/outs
• Analyze BOM requirements and adjust purchase orders
• Collaborate with Program Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance
• Track performance metrics and report risks to leadership
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
