Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Dayton, OH is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join the GSC Demand Planning team. The role is onsite and involves long-term capacity planning, demand prioritization, and MRP-driven analysis to ensure material availability.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, and prior supply chain exposure in aerospace or manufacturing. Clearability to pursue a U.S.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree; OR in lieu of degree a High School Diploma with 4 years experience in supply chain in manufacturing or aerospace.
• MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Must have previous experience in Supply Chain.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Long term capacity and resource planning.
• Aggregates and prioritizes demand requirements.
• Analyzes purchase material supply/demand position using MRP tools.
• Creates/reduces supply requirements based on inventory adjustments.
• Plans inventory levels based on BOM requirements.
• Provide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints.
