Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or ME with thermo/aero specialization or BS in Aerospace/ME with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience in aerodynamic design or analysis (external aero, CFD, wind tunnel, propulsion, or vehicle aero)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficient in technical writing

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and solve advanced aerodynamic design and analysis problems spanning external aero, CFD, wind tunnel testing, propulsion, and vehicle aero
• Review and assess AI-generated technical responses for correctness, accuracy and engineering quality
• Apply practical engineering judgment to real-world aerodynamic design scenarios
• Analyze and troubleshoot aerodynamic problems using boundary-layer theory, potential flow, compressible flow, and CFD/wind-tunnel data reduction
• Contribute domain expertise to inform model improvements and refine AI reasoning in aerodynamics
• Document feedback and provide clear written and verbal explanations to enhance AI learning and performance
• Collaborate remotely with a distributed team of experts and project participants
