Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role will involve coordinating aerial inspection activities, reviewing and tracking work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients.

The position requires 1–3 years in Application Administration or IT, 1–3 years with ERP/CMMS software, and PV solar industry exposure. Strong Excel and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS software platforms.
• 1–3 years in Application Administration or IT related fields.
• 1–3 years in PV solar industry.
• Strong MS Office skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure the Technical Resource team operates effectively.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR PM/CMMS work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis and reporting.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients timely, with corrective actions scheduled.
• Compare Aerial IR findings with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventive maintenance with aerial vendor partners.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on project deliverables (progress, QC, SWPPP, etc.).
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes improving efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, and travel arrangements for supervisors.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned
