Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a remote Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. You will coordinate aerial inspection activities, manage work orders, and QA/QC reports from aerial vendors for O&M projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and drone-based scope expansion to improve efficiency, plant performance, and cost savings. Relevant IT/ERP/CMMS experience is required.

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• 1–3 years in Application Administration within IT or related org.
• 1–3 years in an ERP and CMMS software platform.
• 1–3 years in the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a project team and prioritize problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure smooth operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review and schedule Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis and reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients with corrective actions.
• Compare Aerial IR findings with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendors.
• Gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables (construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning).
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes that boost efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings/travel arrangements.
