SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support aerial inspection activities within the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role will coordinate schedules, QA/QC, and vendor deliverables for O&M projects. You will work with internal teams and drone vendors to optimize performance and cost savings.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in application administration, ERP/CMMS software, and PV solar industry experience, plus strong English communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Formación

• Must have operational fundamental knowledge of utility scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience within Application Administration within an IT or related organization.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Work within project team, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Proficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate.
• Strong ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating and performing activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner with corrective actions scheduled.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and internal tools; provide feedback to analysts or aerial vendors.
• Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR scheduling for preventative maintenance with aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Work with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables such as construction progress & quality monitoring, SWPPP and erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection, etc.
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify and expand drone-based scopes improving technician efficiency, plant performance, and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or travel arrangements for supervisors.
• Completing other responsibilities as assigned
