Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences on AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service. This role emphasizes hands-on development of components, templates, workflows, integrations, and front-end experiences, with a focus on performance and long-term maintainability.

The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful AEM work, understands SPA editor and headless delivery, and can balance technical rigor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Five or more years of AEM development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, and HTL.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture including author, publish, and Dispatcher tiers.
• Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or AEM 6.5.
• Experience building Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and headless delivery patterns.
• Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Build integrations and front-end experiences using AEM's modern stack.
• Ensure performance, authoring experience, and long-term maintainability.
