This is a full-time, remote-first role with some travel for project and client meetings.

  • Apply knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods to develop practical, coordinated solutions.

Technical Expertise

  • Research and apply building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and permitting requirements.

  • Prepare code analyses and life safety documentation for assigned projects.

  • Review architectural documents for accuracy, completeness, and coordination.

  • Identify and resolve technical and constructability issues, seeking guidance from Senior Project Architects as needed.

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate construction documents with all consultants based upon project requirements.

  • Partner with Project Managers to align architectural deliverables with project scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Participate in client and consultant meetings, document decisions, and follow through on action items.

  • Communicate project progress, coordination needs, and potential issues clearly and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

  • Active professional architecture license in the United States.

  • 6+ years of architectural experience in commercial, industrial, or prototype projects.

  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM coordination, and construction documentation; familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM360 a plus.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Located in the United States, with the ability to travel occasionally for project/client meetings.

  • Fast paced, collaborative, and client focused.
