UnitedHealth Group's Optum Insight is seeking a Sr. Consultant in Advisory Services for Payer Strategy and Management Consulting. The role is remote from anywhere in the U.S., with Minneapolis or Washington, D.C.-area hires required to work in office a minimum of four days per week.

You will develop high-quality deliverables, conduct research, build financial models, and guide client discussions while supporting business development and practice initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in strategy and management consulting or equivalent professional services environment.
• Healthcare payer or life sciences exposure.
• Proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and develop clear frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and execute core consulting workstreams in payer engagements.
• Develop high-quality work products including presentations and analyses.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to support hypotheses and recommendations.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and drive quality.
• Build consensus among client stakeholders and aid implementation.
• Plan and facilitate key client meetings and maintain executive presence.
