Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking an Advisor Marketing Specialist to partner with 8-10 advisor teams, shaping marketing plans and client experiences. The role is remote (EST or CST), with light travel 2–7 times per year, and focuses on email, social, events, and campaigns using FMG Suite, Canva, Wistia, Wrike, and Salesforce.

Base salary ranges from $68,000 to $80,000, plus comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have a marketing/communications degree, strong project management and CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in marketing or sales enablement.
• CRM experience, Salesforce a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with Wistia, Wrike, Canva, and FMG Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple advisor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams.
• Plan and execute campaigns across email, social, events, and content.
• Coordinate collateral development and vendor communications.
• Track results and optimize campaigns with data insights.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Web, and Compliance teams.
