Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking an Advisor Marketing Specialist to act as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of advisor teams. You will lead campaigns, plan events, and coordinate collateral across email, social, and web while aligning with regional growth priorities.

Remote role with EST/CST time zones. Travel 2–7 times/year. 3+ years in marketing, strong project management, and CRM experience required; Salesforce a plus. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing or sales enablement preferred.
• Financial services marketing experience beneficial, but not required.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams and align plans to growth priorities.
• Plan proactive campaigns with advisor teams and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Web, and Compliance for timely asset delivery and approvals.
• Track results, share insights, and optimise campaigns and events.
• Leverage AI tools to speed content and streamline recurring processes.
