BBB Heart of Texas is seeking an Ad Sales Representative to drive advertising sales for BBB Accredited Businesses. The role is 99% remote and focuses on consultative selling, relationship building, and helping clients grow with BBB advertising solutions.

You will connect with business owners daily, consult on marketing needs, and recommend tailored solutions that align with BBB’s trusted standards. The position offers uncapped commissions and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (1+ year) required; outbound or call center sales a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Comfortable with phone-based selling and building relationships with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth by selling advertising products to BBB Accredited Businesses in your territory.
• Build and nurture long-term client partnerships and maintain regular communication.
• Educate clients on BBB products and tailor solutions to support growth.
• Meet daily activity metrics and stay organized, responsive, and results-driven.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to BBB Standards of Trust.
