Early Medical, a fully remote telemedicine practice focused on longevity and healthspan, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA). You will work closely with a physician, health coach, and patient success coordinator to deliver precise, patient-centered care and to refine medical plans and workflows across time zones.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and an active PA or NP license.
• 5-10 years of experience in high-touch, service‑oriented patient care environments.
• Deep passion for Medicine 3.0 and evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance big‑picture medical planning and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory standards (OSHA, HIPAA, DEA).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and proactively manage a high volume of time‑sensitive tasks.
• Commitment to excellence and a drive to refine every detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across remote and telehealth platforms.
