Devoted Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a fully remote role across the contiguous United States, offering 40 hours per week. You will support chronic disease management, perform virtual visits, and prescribe renewals using our digital health platform.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of outpatient experience, focus on hypertension and lipid management, and bilingual Spanish/English. Base pay is $120k–$155k with $10k–$20k bonus; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• APP with 3+ years in outpatient clinical practice.
• Hypertension and lipid management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits and manage chronic conditions.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a refill inbox per established protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional care teams and PCPs.
• Utilize the EHR and AI-enabled tools to improve care delivery.
