Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks an Adult Psychiatrist (BE/BC) for a remote or hybrid outpatient position. The role combines psychotherapy and medication management, with a leadership pathway and strong clinical support.

The base salary ranges from $220,000 to $260,000 per year, plus a quarterly bonus up to $2,000 (up to $8,000 annually). Licensure in NY, NJ, CT, MA, or FL is required or attainable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board eligibility or board certification in psychiatry required.
• PGY-4 residency candidates are eligible to apply.
• Active medical license or ability to obtain licensure in an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Adult outpatient psychiatry in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Provide psychotherapy and medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in leadership pathway towards supervision.
