HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist (BE/BC) licensed in Connecticut for a full-time W-2 role offering remote or hybrid work options.

The position emphasizes both psychotherapy and medication management within a physician-led practice, with no on-call duties and a clear pathway to leadership. Expect strong clinical support, balanced patient volumes, and ample continuing education opportunities.

Formación

• MD or DO required and licensed to practice psychiatry in CT.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry required; certification expected within six months for BE candidates.
• Active CT medical license is mandatory for hire.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain is required.
• Must live within NY, NJ, CT, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX or FL.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care and collaborative, physician-led teams is valued.
• Strong interest in a leadership path within the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide both psychotherapy and medication management in an outpatient setting.
• Participate in a physician-led, multidisciplinary team with supportive scheduling, billing, credentialing, and education resources.
• Engage in leadership pathways toward supervision roles and practice leadership.
• Manage a patient load with dedicated scheduling and documentation time.
• Maintain an average patient volume with emphasis on quality care and continuity for a range of visits.
